Macbook Air M3 problem with Lenovo docking station and Alienware monitor using hdmi

Prior to last MacOS update everything worked well at 120Hz. The laptop is connected through usb-c to the dock and the dock is connected through hdmi to the monitor.

Picture appears for a second when I set the monitor to 60 Hz and then goes blank for 3-5 seconds and appears again.

I am using the same dock with Lenovo and HP laptops with Windows and Linux. It's not the dock and it's not the monitor. It's definitely the Macbook and Mac OS.

Any hint?
