My wife and I have separate Apple accounts. When I change my account profile picture it ends up being the profile picture for my wife's contact profile as well. The same thing happens when I change the contact profile picture for my wife - it ends up being my Apple account profile picture. This only happens on my devices, not my wife's.

Does your wife have a Me contact? If so, is the information and profile image correct?
You’ve looked at the ME card in Contacts app on your MacBooks and they are identical to your iPhone? Is iCloud syncing with your Mac and iPhone? You may need to correct your ME card on Macs, and force a sync with the iPhone. Make sure you’re logged into the same Apple ID on both Mac and iPhone.

Look in the Apple Contacts app on each device. Whose information is listed?
Apple contacts on iPhone = correct image and info for both my wife and I
Apple contacts on MacBook = correct image and info for my wife. Two contact pages for me 1) One tagged as "Me" with my name and a parrot avatar and no phone numbers or info. 2) One with no profile picture for my contact page but with the correct phone numbers and addresses.
Apple account on MacBook = my wife's profile picture on my Apple account. My information is correct, but limited to name and date of birth, all my devices are listed under the account.
Yes, my wife has herself as the "Me / My Card" in the iPhone contacts, and the information is correct. She also has the correct information in her Apple account. She did have a credit card under my name that paid her iCloud previously, but we changed that a month ago.
So, on your iPhone the Me contact card is for you, correct? On your wife’s iPhone the Me card is set for her, correct?
The credit card would no effect. When looking in the Settings app on here iPhone, you see her name? Please see my screenshot below.

Correct - the Me contact card is correct on our respective iPhones.
The issues are on the MacBook as I listed earlier in the thread.
FYI devices: I have one active iPhone that I use and two other iPhones that I don't use. And I have two MacBook Air laptops. One from 2025 and one from 2013 (which still works well). Not sure if this is relevant, but I list it anyway.

Do you each have your own user account on the MacBook or are you sharing a single admin account?
I am the only user of the MacBooks (and my iPhones). I don't think I've informed or indicated anywhere to Apple, Google or such that Kristina is my wife.
