Why did I get a hacking alert on my iPhone with location and timer?

The message was not from Apple. You could have verified this by checking with Apple Support.

The message is a scam that is trying to trick you into clicking on a link or calling a number to provide your personal details to the scammers.

Delete the message and go back to work. Ignore and delete any other scam messages like this that you might see.

Those types of messages are common when viewing less than legitimate websites. They were paid to provide the pop up to you and legitimate sites to not stoop to that level of hostile advertising when they value the users that visit their website.
