My Apple ID was hacked and password was changed but did not want to lose all information. Created a new Apple ID and merged the two on my phone. Bought a new phone and want to transfer all information onto the new one. Is it possible without logging into first Apple ID but transfer all the information on it as well as the second one?

You can transfer everything that is currently on the old phone, but nothing that was synced to your old Apple ID without actually logging in to it.
