To request a refund from Apple for unauthorized charges:

  1. Go to: reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the charge for Nebula in the list
  4. Click Report a Problem next to it
  5. Choose “I didn’t authorize this purchase” and follow the steps to request a refund

You can also check Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to see if there’s anything active and cancel it.

You were most likely directed to their website by a link in a Social Media site or website for a horoscope reading. This started a subscription with that company directly and is a subscription that is not being managed by Apple. You will need to cancel the subscription with that company just like any other third party subscription. Here are 3 links that may be helpful to contact them and get that subscription cancelled.

It is likely that the person who directed you to their website received money to provide that link and gets a kickback from the users that they direct. You will find this frequently on Social Media sites. It is no longer a place where you can just connect with old friends and stay in touch with family, it has now evolved into fake accounts and fake reviews where users are only interested in making money off of others.

If you are still unable to cancel the subscription, then you will need to dispute the charge with the bank of the card that is being billed.

Hello~ Where are you see this charge? If in your banking/ credit card information only …contact them immediately as your banking/ credit card information may be compromised and now in the hands of a fraudulent user. Also …please click on below an carefully work through this excellent user tip by *MrHoffman* that covers many different situations about this subject…

I keep this user tip bookmarked as it contains so much useful information in one document and I refer to it often. Take care.
