Remove deleted application icon from launchpad

My macos version is Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81) and I did installed an application called TopNotch and then uninstalled it by moving it to trash from Applications but it doesn't get removed from my launchpad.

I did try almost everything and nothing works. I did try to remove all related files with App Cleaner.

I did try to reset my launchpad:

defaults write com.apple.dock ResetLaunchPad -bool true; killall Dock

I couldn't find dock database file so I could remove it from there:

sqlite3 ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dock/*.db "SELECT * FROM apps WHERE title='TopNotch';"
// No such file or directory

I did try to kill dock and reset it by this command:

killall Dock

But still the issue exists

How can I remove this uninstalled application icon from my launchpad?
