How can I customize my Apple Watch indoor rowing workout?
I cannot find any info about using the custom options of the Apple Watch Indoor Rowing app. All I can find is articles about the inadequacy of the Apple Watch Indoor Rowing workout app but the app seems to actually have four options:
- 10 min: 60 sec / 60 sec
- 10 min: 45 sec / 15 sec
- 20 min: 5 min / 1 min
- 30 min: Ladder
This is more options than many of the other fitness workout apps and an editing tool allows further customization of these options. The options seem self-explanatory, to a degree, but is there more info out there somewhere about how to use these options? Ignorance seems to prevail and Google's AI says that there is no ladder function even though there is one. Any insights out there?
