How do I enable noise cancellation on my iPhone?

Where is the option to enable noise cancellation? I only find referrals to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual. Supposedly there should be an option to turn Phone Noise Cancellation off or on. I can’t find it there. Is this still available in IOS 18 (and beyond)?
