How can I fix Apple ID hide my email forwarding issues?

I have a few apps where I have logged in with AppleID and chose to hide my email. The Hide my email aliases are not working. Forwarding is turned on in iCould Hide my email settings. I’m not receiving emails in the linked address from applications where I have logged in with my AppleID. I have tried manually sending mail to the alias addresses but nothing gets through. This seems to be the case with all the aliases. Right now AppleID is unusable login method for me beacause of this.

Somewhat frustrating - and will teach us to not trust Apple in an attempt to retain some level of privacy.

I'm having the same issue. To double-check, I created a brand new email address and sent myself an email to the new address. Sure enough, the test message didn't get forwarded to my actual email address. Please fix this ASAP as many Apple users depend on its functionality.
