Hello, i'm guessing everyone knows that in a game there is an option to watch ads for rewards, for some reason on iPhone 13 pro this doesn't work, please help me fix this

Have you talked to the game developers or their support team? If so, what did they say? If not, that’s the first step in troubleshooting the issue.
If it happens everywhere, that sounds like a developer issue. So, you see no adds on your iPhone or just that specific game?
Have you updated your iOS to 18.4.1 yet? If not, update your iOS.
