my iphone 11 dropped and it suddenly have lines on the screen, black lines and it randomly have color lines. My back glass near the charging port broke, and now it wont charge. I already did everything that google suggested me to do.

You broke your phone. You need to have Apple fix or replace it. There is no magic wand to make a broken phone work.

I believe the technical term for this is: "it's broken".
I'm surprised google didn't suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or take it to your local authorized service provider and have it repaired or replaced.
