How can I disable apps in CarPlay in iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.4.1?

After updating to 18.4 there is no possibility to disable apps for CarPlay. You can only delete it on your Home Screen.

For example;

I want to use Waze as navigation on my CarPlay and Flitsmeister (Dutch) on my IPhone. Now this is not possible anymore, now Flitsmeister says it’s connected with CarPlay!

Hope Apple will fix this back to we used to!
