I’ve disabled the “enable charging case sounds” on both my iPhone and iPad, yet the case still chirps randomly when close to either of these devices.

Have you tried repairing the devices? Is your iPhone on the latest iOS version, 18.4.1? What firmware version is your AirPods using?
