How can I change Swim app font size on Apple Watch Series 10?

I'm using the built-in Swim app on my Apple Watch Series 10, but I'm finding the font size far too small to read easily while swimming without my glasses. I have to bring the watch right up to my face and squint, which is only practical when standing still, not while swimming. I've already set the maximum text size in Accessibility, but it doesn't seem to affect the Swim app — the display text isn’t dynamic.

Are there any options to increase the font size specifically for the Swim app? If not, can anyone recommend a third-party swim app with larger, customizable displays — ideally at a reasonable cost? Thanks!
