How do I customize/display hours in Calendar app across Apple devices?
I only want the iCal to display the hours 8am-10pm on my devices. How can I customize this?

I don't believe that you can. I can't see any such settings on my iPhone or iPad. On the Mac, you can set the start and end times of your day (many people probably use this for their workday) and the number of hours that show on the screen. However, if you scrolled to 8pm on you calendar, even if you had the number of hours to display set to 8, you'd see up to 4am.
