Why can't I find my subscribed Calendar on Mac?

There is a calendar that is populating events on my calendar but I cannot find it as a subscribed calendar on my mac or any of my other devices.

Let me see subscribed calendars on icloud.com When I go view my icloud.com calendars (for example, from my non-Mac work computer), why can't I see my subscribed calendars? This is a major functionality hole for those of us who aren't able to be All-Mac-Everywhere. Please add this functionality (subscribed calendars visible - and manageable - in icloud.com view).

Can't Delete a Subscribed Calendar I am unable to delete a previously subscribed calendar. There is no delete option when I click the red "i". The calendar only appears on my iOS devices -- not in my Mac calendar app and not in iCloud.

US Holidays Subscribed Calendar Not in icloud.com Calendar I subscribe to the US Holidays calendar, which appears under subscribed calendars in all iOS devices. However this does not appear on my icloud.com calendar. There is a subscribed section on icloud.com calendar, with only birthdays appearing there. Wondering why subscribed calendar such as US Holidays does not appear on icloud.com.
