Depends on the Pacemaker.

Some may allow it, some may not.

You will need to ask your doctor / cardiologist about it and review the pacemaker guidelines you were given when it was implanted.

When you got your pacemaker, you should have received a card to keep in your wallet. There should be a support phone number on that card. Call them to see what they think. I don't have a pacemaker, but I have a spinal cord stimulator with the paddles in my upper neck. I was told it was safe for me to wear an Apple Watch. Your company may approve it but with guidelines such as, do not put your watch or iPhone in a shirt pocket or around your neck. But you should seek their advice.
