Deleted "wheel" from sharing + permissions in MacHD Shared User Folder By Mistake

Hi mistakenly selected remove "wheel" from the "Shared Folder" sharing & permissions section within "Users Folder" on Mac HD. I can't find it in my trash, I went to Time Machine, there was an option to recover, followed by alert that Shared is a system level folder and may not be altered (something of that nature). I've attached a screenshot of the folder prior to wheel removal.

Permissions are not file system objects, so won’t go into the Trash.

Click the padlock and authenticate. While holding down the Option key, click the + button. I think the group name for the Wheel group is Admins or Administrators, but it may say wheel.

Make sure it is the one with the two silhouette icon.
