звук на 12 мини то тихий то громкий

Здравствуте, у меня проблема. У меня айфон 12 мини. Когда включаешь музыку или видео и просто либо заденешь экран или как то повернешь телефон то громкость сразу же падает (на экране показывает что максимальная громкость) потом когда ставишь на паузу выходишь из приложения и заходишь то опять громко очень громко и опять одно движение и моментально громкость падает на других айфонах такого никогда не было в интеренете много кто пишет про эту проблему только с 12 мини айфоном что то лько у него такая проблема помогите пожалуйста что делать чтоб громкость всегда была одинаковой (перезагрузка не помогает +- зажать)

When you turn on music or video and just either touch the screen or somehow turn the phone, the volume immediately drops (the screen shows that the maximum volume) then when you pause, you leave the application and enter, it's again very loud and again one movement and instantly the volume drops on other iPhones, this has never happened on the Internet, many people write about this problem only with a 12 mini iPhone, but he has such a problem, please help me what to do so that the volume is always the same (reboot does not help +- clamp)
