Wow, you're really digging deep into Screen Time. But yes, these are normal and if you dig deep enough, which you have done, they are likely on every iPhone out there. They are part of system services on your phone.

Yes it is normal to see. You are using that service whenever you use FaceID to authenticate your identity. Not only is it used by Apple, but many apps also use it to give you the option to use Face ID to speed up the login process to that service.


It is not actually an app and is a process that is supposed to be running on your iPhone. I suspect there is not an actual icon associated with it, since it is not an app and there is only the default icon showing. In most cases these process are filtered out of screen time or lumped in a larger category for a better explanation, but in an effort to over share exactly what is going on, sometimes these will still be shown. It may be better classified in a future update, but certainly nothing to be worried about.
