How do I remove other people's devices from my Health app on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

I was trying to figure out why the data in my Fitness app and Health app were so different from what’s on my Apple Watch Series 8, and I saw a post saying that sometimes making your Apple Watch the top of the devices list in the Health app can help with syncing issues. So I went to do that, but for some reason there’s hundreds of other people’s iPhones and Apple Watches listed in my Health app now. Some of the device names are even listed in a completely different language — the foreign language ones mostly seem to be in what I think is Arabic or Hebrew. There’s so many that it would take way too long to go through the list and delete them all.

I don’t even know how those devices ended up in my Health app. I did recently switch over from an iPhone 13 Pro Max to an iPhone 15 Pro Max, but the only issue that I saw other people have in regards to switching phones was having their own iPhones listed more than once because they had switched to a different model. My iPhone also updated today (April 29th) at around 6:30 a.m. CST to iOS 18.4.1.

The only apps that are connected to my Health app are Pokémon Go, the Fitness app that already comes on iPhones, YAZIO (a food tracking app), and Renpho (which is one of those apps that connects to the brand’s weight scale, because it also calculates muscle mass, skeletal mass, etc.). But I never had the issue of other people’s devices showing up in my Health app on my old iPhone, and I had the exact same apps on my old phone — when I switched to my new phone, I transferred everything over from the old phone.

The only thing I can think of is that I’ve been at my college campus twice every week for classes, ever since the second week of January, so I would have been around a lot of other people. I usually have Bluetooth on, so that my Apple Watch can continuously sync its data with my phone and I also use my AirPods pretty frequently. I’ve connected my phone to the college WiFi, but it requires you to login with your student ID and password, and the only two coffee shops whose WiFi I’ve used were also password protected.
