How do I turn off 'Lost Mode' on my iPhone 14 Plus?

I have an IPHONE 14+. My Face ID stopped working and I read to put my phone in lost mode and reset the Face ID. That didn't work and now I can't open my phone because it keeps asking for my Face ID to unlock my phone. PLEASE HELP!

Reset your iPhone to Factory Settings:

Have backups of your data? Are items (i.e. Contacts) enabled in iCloud settings? If not, or if you have no concern for loss of data, then reset your iPhone to factory settings. Do so, through icloud.com.

  1. Sign In: to iCloud.com/find
  2. Select: your iPhone
  3. Select: Erase iPhone
  4. Click: Erase
  5. Enter: your Apple ID and password to confirm
