Can I get a refund for the money I accidentally paid when renewing the app?

My phone accidentally deleted apps. When I tried to download them, I couldn't. At that time, I accidentally paid for one of the apps that I didn't even need. Please help me get my money back.

This is a payment receipt.

If you got an email receipt and there's a 'Report a Problem' link in it, use that; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
