Purchased ringtones/alert tones no longer available for alarms on iPhone

I used to be able to use any of my purchased ringtones or alert tones for alarms. Now they no longer show as options. I tried selecting “download all tones”, and they show up when selecting a ringtone or text tone, but not for alarm tones anymore. I used to like to use Star Trek tones for alarms I set for various things, and now they just don’t show up as options. Why?
