How to get a refund for an undelivered anonymous Apple Gift Card?

I purchased a $10 gift card on the Apple official website yesterday without logging in with my Apple ID. However, it hasn't been shipped yet. I have already bought the gift card from another channel. How can I get a refund?

See this to see if you can opt in for a refund

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
