How do I get a refund for a damaged Apple Gift Card?

I purchased a gift card and it was damaged and unable to use contacted apple ,sent in all they requested and now they tell me no refund without explanation of why .

Refund request - apple card My partner was recently targeted by scammers who kept asking for gift cards. He fell for their scam and purchased a $100 apple card with our grocery money. Do any apple employees lurk here? I have the card and it hasn't been scratched to show the pin. I also have the receipt from Walmart. I know gift cards are not refunded with cash but I would like it refunded to the original payment card. I don't want to call them on the phone and can't find an email address. Does anyone here have any experience with this? Thank you for reading.

Apple itune gift card bought already redeemed by someone. How do I go about getting a refund of a Apple iTune gift card that was already redeemed although it was sealed. It happened to me 3 times already. . The store referred me to Apple support. According to the store Apple has a policy that once the card is bought there is no refund. Does this mean I must loose the money I paid for a card already redeemed. Spoke to Apple consultant at the 0800 free number today. She confirmed that the card was redeemed but could not say by whom. She referred me back to the store. The store again referred me back to the support dept of Apple. What is my rights.

Apple has the final say in these matters.
