Unrecognized Charges for iTunes

On May 15, my card was charged for:


  • 7 iCloud subscriptions
  • 2 × €17.99
  • 1 × €11.99


All charges were listed as apple.com/bill IRL iTunes.com. I only use the 200GB iCloud plan and did not authorize these purchases. Support previously said they’d be refunded, but the funds were withdrawn. I have screenshots confirming this.


I’ve removed my card. I never shared my details. I was told to call, but I’m in Serbia and can’t afford international calls. I’ve already lost money — I won’t spend more to fix Apple’s mistake.


I need a full refund and a resolution via email or chat. Should I stop using a card and switch to gift cards to avoid this in the future?
