How long does shipping take for a MacBook with an upgraded cord?

I ordered a MacBook and I upgraded the cord and since I did my order went from same day pick up to 2 weeks delivery but when I look at my order it’s says it already shipped. I start school Tuesday if I knew that was going to happen I would have never opted for the cord upgrade. I called Apple and they said they would try to rush it but I’m just wondering does this mean it’s going to take 2 weeks in shipping since it’s already been shipped out or did they really rush it
