Apple support refuses to correct faulty gift card
I purchased 3 Apple gift cards in amount of $500 each. Went thru tech support sent in all required info including pics. Apple advisor tells me there is nothing they can do NOT even apply the $1500 dollars to my APPLE ACCOUNT to purchase Apple products. WHY when they are selling faulty product and I pay the price! This is TOTALLY WRONG! I asked if there was anyone I could reach out to in regards to this and was told there was nothing I could do! I thought the vendor was there to please the customer and in this case Aplle has made it not even possible for me to contact them or anyone to discuss this. I don't make that much money was trying to help out my son purchase Apple hardware cause he believes in Apple. But after this experience I think it has bruised his opinion. Is there anyone out there who knows someone high enough @ Apple who could help me out with this situation? I would very much appreciate it.
