Nothing happens when I click on three dots on iPhone's iTunes Store

Hello, whenever I open the iTunes Store on my iPhone 16, it shows three dots at the top instead of where the Featured and Charts buttons are located. When I click on the three dots, nothing happens. When I close the app and swipe up to restart it, the buttons reappear when I open it. This happens every time. Do you know how to fix this?

iPhone 13 Pro wiht ios16.2 requires restart each time to access App Store Hi Eversince upgrading my iPhone 13 Pro to ios 16.2, when I access the app store and click on my account on the top right, I get the spinning icon as the page tries to load. This just goes on and on. I swipe up and close the app store and try again. Same thing. The only way around it is to restart my iphone and then go into the App Store and click on my account on the top right to get the list of apps to update. Does anyone have this annoying issue?

Apps stuck on downloading after migration to new iPhone 16 Pro i was switching from Iphone 11 to iphone 16 pro. while transfering was completed, the apps were downloading. however, after a while all apps downloaded except a couple and app store continued to be on waiting. i have restarted my phone multiple times, signed out it icloud and restarted. Tried everything i could have. What could be the issue? App store is still on loading and cannot be used and cannot be deleted and reinstalled either [Re-Titled by Moderator]
