How do I find out who cashed my Apple Gift card and where?

You are apparently a victim of fraud. The gift card you purchased had been tampered with before you bought it. Did you buy it off a display in a retail store? That kind of scam is rampant and many stores keep Apple Gift Cards behind the counter these days.
Follow the instructions but you may have to contact Apple directly.
