can't connect my hearing aids to my iPhone
It took hours for the phone to find my hearing aids. It's been 7 hours and they still aren't connected. I think I've tried everything multiple times with no success. Hearing aids are fine.
iPhone SE, iOS 18

Settings > General > About > iOS Version

I've successfully paired these hearing aids with my iPhone (SE gen. 3) before. (But not quickly.) I don't know why if I'm doing everything the same way that it's not working this time.
again Defer to your hearing aid manufacturing website/manual or support on how to pair their device with an Apple product.

I'm not sure what I did this morning but my hearing aids were finally paired with my phone. Problem solved. Hopefully if I need to pair these hearing aids to this phone it won't take 2 days of repeating all the steps repeatedly.

That implies you bought your SE new (not used) very recently — correct?
