On an Android phone you can use the Apple Music app to redeem the code. If that does not work, check with the source who provided the promo code.
They refuse to accept it for return and make excuses like it needs to be activated only in the apple store,I also have several apple store cards and when I gave this card to a person with an iPhone, she was able to activate one card
I bought a promo code, not the card itself.
That is an issue with where you purchased the Promo Code. Feel free to let us know where that was and we may be able to provide more information about the details of the Promo Code they sold you.
