The itunes store is unable to process purchases at this time
Hello, I attempted to purchase a subscription in the CapCut app on my iPhone, but I received the following error message:
“The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time.”
However, my bank account (KBank) has been charged multiple times.
I checked my Apple ID Purchase History, but there is no record of these transactions.
Could you please help verify and assist me in requesting a refund for the failed transactions?
