Change the Highlight Color of Selected Text on Apple Pages on a Mac

For Apple Pages on a Mac, how do I change the color of selected text highlights from yellow, to something I can see like blue? It is very hard to see which text is selected on my monitor because the highlight text color is a hard-to-see light yellow.

On my iPad Air (13 inch M2) it is an easy-to-see reddish color.

It's a system-wide setting. Go to Settings > Appearance & click the "Highlight color" drop-down menu. You can also change the Accent color.

You will notice that I did a search in System Settings for "highlight" to find the setting. Pre-Sonoma I knew where most settings were but since then I find myself using search in settings a lot.
