Did you purchase it from Apple? If so, contact them here:

Apple will not be able to help with a purchase from a third party, you would need to contact them to have the email resent to you.
Also, depending on the email provider, you may be able to log into their Web Mail portal and view the message even if it has been deleted on your device.
