How can I get my money back for a canceled Apple Gift Card?

On the 30th of june I purchased a gift card and requested the payment and it was done. I really have the capture of the amount that was debited from my bank card to date. It seems to me that my gift card request has been canceled. I never really canceled such a request and I have not been refunded the money that I can do if it does not appear in the technical support refund requests either.

I want to know what I can do in this case since I really needed that gift card that they canceled without me finding out or asking me for authorization and also that nothing has been done to be able to refund me the money I paid by card.

If anyone knows what I can do in this case I really need a lot of help since it's the first time I make a payment within Apple.
