family member cannot redownload music after migration to new mac laptop

After migrating to a new mac, a family member cannot access family shared music as the redownload option is not working

Have they both authorized the computer to their Apple Account and enabled Sync Library in Music? Note that redownloads refer to your own purchases and/or matched/uploaded content. See If you can't find your family's shared apps and content - Apple Support to find content purchased by other family members.
