I have 3 x USD50 itunes gift cards that are about 10 years old and unredeemable. I have all the codes and photos of the cards. Please guide me on how to redeem the cards again. Does Apple provide new codes?

apple support didnt help! they asked for 10 year old receipts! which i dont have anymore. 2 of the cards have disintegrated due to cheap recyclable plastics, one card still intact. i took photos of the serial numbers before the cards disintegrated. how come apple wont honour these 10 year itunes cards which we bought legitimately. if i knew there were lifespan, i wouldnt have bought the cards in the first place. who can we contact in apple? i will write to tcook@apple.com wiht my plight. its not the usd150 but its the principal that it not right!
