My balance carried forward from last month is still showing up on iTunes Store

Hi,

Our app went live in April 2025.

The financial report for April 2025 says $711 as 'Balance Carried Forward'.

But when this report for April 2025 was not generated, I could see the next month May 2025 has already surpassed $711 and we got a payout of $900 for May 2025.

The payment for April still says 'Balance Carried Forward'. I am sure this April money was not included in the May 2025 payout. May 2025 had generated $900 for which we got paid.

This is confusing, can someone please assist? We still not get the April payout. It still says 'Balance Carried Forward' for April 2025
