Gift card scammed. Apple hasn't responded since April. Always need more information. I feel like they don't want refund me.

It's unlikely that you would be refunded. If you feel that you were scammed, contact your local authorities.

Gift cards are almost equivalent to cash.

if someone stole yours, it is extremely UN-likely to be replaced.
