Unable to use my Apple Gift Card for small purchases

I recently use my Apple gift card purchased a $3.99 dollar item on July 12, 2025 and it work but however when I am trying to purchase another item for $0.99 2 days after it’s telling me “Your purchase cannot be completed” and i currently have $46.63 gift card remaining on my account.
