Where is the Font Stoke Menu ?
I used some kind of font stroke on these blue numbers: 68.95, 144.32 but can't find the menu anymore?

If you are talking about the outline around the numbers on the left:
Select the text, click on the icon that looks like a gear, select "outline", then set the thickness of the outline.
