Missing cell borders on my Numbers app

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this picture regarding the absent cell borders in Numbers, version 14.4?

Thank you in advance.

You can restore the missing border to cells by clicking a cell that has the border, choosing Format > Copy Style from the menu, selecting a cell or cells missing the border, and choosing Format > Paste Style.

In the shaded Header Row, you could apply the border manually.

Probably not without more context, no.

For example, it would be useful to know if these cells used to have a border, and that border has since disappeared.

Were those rows present when you setup the border? or did you add/insert them afterwards.

At first glance I'd assume these rows were hidden (either via a filter or via Table -> Hide Row) when the border was applied, and now you've unhidden them, expecting the border to be there (if the rows were hidden the border wouldn't have been applied).

Without knowing more context of what got you to this position, it's hard to be more precise.
