Is there anyway to have switch control tap at random on specific area of screen

I was wondering if there was either a way to increase the amount of inputs switch control can use in custom gesture or like select an area of the screen and tap randomly within that area? There are games that require tapping things like three in a row (or more) items basically and I have fairly bad hand issues that make this extremely difficult so I was wondering if switch control can do something for me.
