how to eliminate the gray box behind my screen shots when I transfer to Word
When I transfer screenshots to my Word doc, a gray box appears behind the screenshot and doesn't disappear. How do I get rid of it? Thank you!

Never seen this in Word for Mac, but think I see what you mean if inserting the image by drag and drop in Word for Windows, and then if you click on the page anywhere near the image. For me, it goes away if I click on the page well away from the image, though you may have to do this more than once, as it tends to persist.
