I have no idea what this charge is for. This description tells me nothing I understand. Except the date and the amount charged.

What does it show in the Wallet app under your Apple Card on that date? It qualified for the $0.65 cash back that should also appear on your Apple Cash card in the Wallet where additional details about the purchase should be seen.

If the charge appeared on your Apple Card, then call Goldman Sachs at 877-255-5923.
This charge is from a company called Prorewear. You probably ordered shirts from China thinking they were made here in the US.
Based on a Google search, did you buy anything technology related such as a charging cord?
