Using imac as a monitor for windows 11 laptop

I have a 2015 imac, which was wiped and operates entirely as a windows machine. It will not upgrade for windows 11. Can it be used as a monitor for a windows 11 laptop.? What will I have to do to use it in this way?

Model number is Imac Me086b/a2.7 15/18/1/21

Target Display Mode went away when the first 27" 5K Retina iMac came out in Late 2014. Your 2015 iMac does not support that feature, and cannot be used as a hardware video monitor for any other device.

Not especially performance oriented are these two options that I'm aware of:

Duet and Luna Display.

For all practical intents and purposes, user @KiltedTim is not wrong. These solutions are less than optimal vs simply using a proper, dedicated monitor rather than rig an iMac that was never intended to be a monitor for another computer. Never mind the fact that a contemporary monitor will use much less energy than your older full-functioning iMac computer, even if it's only being used as a display.
