Logic Pro Slowes Down Tracks

I was wondering if anyone has experience the following, and if so, if a solution has been found. I had a Logic Pro for iPad project with recorded guitars, vocals, and MIDI drums (recorded with a Yamaha electronic drum kit). This morning I went to tinker a bit with the drum track to record a few extra fills right at the beginning. Then i plugged in my iPad to charge, and when i came back to it and reopened the project, i found that every single track in the project, EXCEPT the midi drums, was slowed down and and their pitch has changed. My project was recorded in A major, and now all the tracks except the drum track are downturned to it sounds like E, and because the tracks also play a bit slower, they do not sync with the drum track. I did not use any external plugins for this project, neither did i make any changes in project settings (so ‘Flex’ is set to default option).

Any help would be much appreciated, as I did not back up this track and would like to restore the original sound.
