Re: "Voice over's behaviour on real device different than Accessibility Inspector's voice over
... ... accessibility inspector is reporting a loop and it is not able to access all the elements.
Any potential reasons for this? Also how does both implementations differ?"
Am no expert: Is it likely the Accessibility Inspector may help troubleshoot the actual Xcode ? ...
seems it can be used for working on and testing apps before they are then tested using Voice Control app.
Eg: Developer documentattion: Supporting VoiceOver in your app | Apple Developer Documentation
and
Performing accessibility testing for your app | Apple Developer Documentation
Eg: says:
"Take notes about any issues as you discover them so you can address them in your app’s design and implementation. If you encounter accessibility issues that you aren’t able to troubleshoot while testing on the device, try using Accessibility Inspector to help diagnose and resolve issues. You can also automate accessibility testing by adding accessibility audits in your UI tests, as described in Perform accessibility audits for your app."
